How it works

Each session combines strategy, reflection, and action. You’ll set objectives, test ideas, and keep momentum through guided follow-up and support between sessions.

The format

• Pre-call questionnaire completed before we begin to shape objectives
• Session 1 Setting objectives define your goals, challenges, and opportunities
• Session 2 Brand Doughnut™ framework explore your business proposition and audience alignment
• Sessions 3–5 Action, review, and goal-setting track progress, fine-tune your direction, and identify next steps
• Session 6 Reflect and plan ahead consolidate learning, set new goals, and define a clear path forward

Sessions can be held in person or online, each lasting around 60 minutes, typically spaced every two weeks for balance between reflection and action.

Ongoing support

Between sessions, you’ll have access to continued guidance via email or WhatsApp, ensuring questions and ideas are captured while momentum builds.

Optional follow-up sessions can be added if you want to extend the programme or keep accountability beyond the initial six.
